How to know if you're OVER-planning you're fertility journey

There’s this quote I post on social media every year, and it always gets an insane amount of attention and likes.

It’s this quote:

“You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens.”– by Mandy Hale

So I started to wonder… why is it so relieving to some, to have permission not to plan?

And I discovered that it’s because plans can turn into over-planning very quick.

The best way to describe the difference is -- with planning, you take specific steps, but you also create space for God to work… to reveal your next steps. You feel supported and build trust in the Universe and in your fertility journey.

And with over-planning, you feel like you have to do it all. It’s a mindset that creates a whole lotta pressure and overwhelm. Often clients will say to me…”I checked everything off my to-do list -- but at the end of the day… I still don’t feel like I’m doing enough…”

One way is supporting of your fertility (and your overall quality of every aspect of your life…career/relationships/body etc.) And the other makes you feel like a real-life pressure cooker – steaming with confusion.

So in today’s podcast, you learn how to let go of over-planning. You’ll discover:

  • Why we over-plan and why we believe it’s serving us (when it isn’t).

  • How to know when the wonderful and relieving aspects of planning your fertility journey, become not-so-wonderful and soul-sucking over-planning that keeps you up at night.

  • And then I’ll show you exactly how to do it….how to give the Universe room in your plan, to work it’s magic.

So that you can breathe, trust, let go and see what happens mama-bear!

Listen now gorgeous mama-in-the-making!
