When you are wanting to create something and it’s not happening as fast as you would like it to, it’s sooo stupid easy to get stuck and worry about when, if ever, will it happen.

In Western society, we are often taught to “do more” if something isn’t working. Saying things to yourself like, “I’m not doing enough” can become a daily ritual and ultimately cripple your wellbeing. It can leave you feeling incredibly overwhelmed and ironically prevents you from getting anything done.

When feeling stuck, wouldn't it be nice if you had a magical superpower that could unblock your fullest potential?

Maybe you’d wish for superhuman strength... Maybe you’d wish for the power to heal. Or maybe you would wish for a lifetime of health and happiness!

What if I told you that you could have ALL of those superpowers AND you could have it TODAY?

No joke.

All you have to do is make a conscious decision to spend 15 minutes a day… in stillness…which will bring to life all you have ever wanted…and more.

That’s right. You guessed it. Your superpower is meditation.

You seriously just have to sit still and do nothing.

But tell me if this sounds like you…

  • “I want to meditate more, but I just having a hard time sitting still.”

  • “I want to make meditation a priority but I just don’t have time.”

  • “I believe meditation works but I just haven’t gotten around to doing it yet. I will next week.”

  • “I don’t know how to meditate.”

If this IS YOU, then let me explain to you 4 reasons why you gotta stop with the excuses in order to get what you are choosing to create out of this life.


Meditation trains your mind to be present - and not in the past or future. It does this by strengthening your muscle of attention and focus. When you meditate, this presence occurs naturally throughout your day. You DO NOT need to make this happen. By meditating, you are consciously choosing to feed the present moment. Happiness only exists in the present moment!


I’m not gonna sugar coat it. When you begin to meditate, it’s uncomfortable. It’s awkward and your mind/ego has fun playing unfun games with you as it runs through all of the plans of today and all the regrets of yester-year (which is a reason why one would refrain from meditation…) BUT as you continue with your daily practice, your mind eventually learns that it is no longer in charge of you. It learns that there is something much more magical and much more powerful guiding your life from now on.  Learn to love meditation - not for the 15 minutes you're in it for, but for the 23 hours and 45 minutes that you get to embrace afterwards! 


“Doing” and gettin’ stuff done is absolutely necessary to achieving your dreams. But it MUST co-exist with it’s opposite - “being”. The easiest to get there is through meditation. Otherwise, you’ll burnout. Like I said earlier, that overwhelming feeling can literally cripple your wellbeing. Meditation promotes the consistency your craving on the journey of life, regardless of circumstance. Say goodbye to the fertility rollercoaster!  


Doing is a masculine energy. Being is a feminine energy. The sperm needs to get’er done by swimming to the egg, while the egg just graciously sits there to be fertilized. There is not a more fertile energy in the world then to simply just be. I will add, this is not just beneficial to get pregnant – this is tapping into the energy of receiving. Receiving all that you have ever asked for. You just have to get out of your own way.

The Universe Has Your Back...

So when the all-too-familiar stuck mentality tip toes out to play, see this as the Universe’s way of saying, “Amazing job! You have done enough for right now. It is now time to rest and recharge with 15 minutes dedicated completely and entirely to yourself.”

And in all honesty, you will survive in life whether or not you decide to make meditation a priority.  But if you are one of those people who is choosing to dream big, live an absolutely incredible life and create big things in this lifetime – you must tap into your God-given super power of meditation.
