How to make uncertainty your ally to conceiving your baby.

Would you pay good money to watch a new, hot movie like, “1917” in the theatre – but watch it from the end to beginning? (1917 is sooo good btw. Highly recommend.)

That’d be a waste of your hard-earned cash and a super boring/confusing date night.

Yet, when it comes to your fertility – yearning to know how its gonna turn out is a daily worry that leaves you feeling unnecessarily out of control.

I’ve had many women say to me, “I can wait Spenser. I just want to know IF it will happen. THEN I’ll relax.”

I’ll admit that the uncertainty was easily the most frustrating part of the journey for me personally.

But when I look back, learning how to embrace uncertainty and the uncomfortable feelings of “not knowing” – was actually a vital skill that 1. opened me up to conceiving and 2. showed me how to let go and enjoy the process (without feeling obsessed about TTC).

Because, believe it or not, uncertainty is not the enemy and can even be an ally to conceiving your baby.

In this week’s podcast, you’ll learn: How to make uncertainty your ally to conceiving your baby.

Teasers:

  • What the invitation of uncertainty is really asking of you and how to apply it to your daily life.

  • How to stop worrying about “when” and starting focusing on the now, to increase your mind-body-fertility connection.

  • Why uncertainty offers you the most highly respected and rewarding life skills out there.

All my love!

Xo Spenser
