My Story
After 8 years of trying to conceive, I became fascinated by something much bigger than fertility.
Why are so many women carrying the weight of their lives like they're constantly being tested?
What began as a deeply personal journey through fertility struggles, loss, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and personal growth evolved into the work I do today.
Here's what I actually have to show for it: 16 years married to a man I'm madly in love with and more honest with now than I've ever been. A business that grew into seven figures, built from a fertility journey I never asked for — lemonade out of lemons I didn't choose. And eventually, 2 babies conceived naturally, after years human doubt.
None of that happened because I did things the "normal" way. It happened because I kept choosing my own way, even when it went against the grain of what I should do.
But the biggest transformation wasn't any one of those outcomes. It was learning to accept my own humanity — my deep feelings, my fear, my anger, my doubt — without making any of it mean something was wrong with me. It was realizing how much of my life I'd spent believing I needed to earn the things I wanted, instead of just being allowed to feel everything that came with wanting them.
My approach blends mind-body coaching, spirituality, nervous system wisdom, and a healthy amount of calling bullshit on the rules we've inherited. I'm less interested in your five-year plan and more interested in why you don't feel safe wanting things, or feeling things, in the first place — because you can't think your way out of a pattern your nervous system learned to survive.
The women who find their way here are often smart, capable, and trying incredibly hard. What they receive is permission to put down the leaderboard, feel whatever they're actually feeling, and find out what they want underneath what they think they should want.
Most days you'll find me coaching, writing, drinking coffee, raising two wild boys, holding hands with my hubby and still choosing my own way — feelings, desires, fear, and all.
