My Story
After 8 years of trying to conceive, I became fascinated by something much bigger than fertility.
Why are so many women carrying the weight of their lives like they’re constantly being tested?
What began as a deeply personal journey through fertility struggles, loss, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and personal growth evolved into the work I do today. After years of trying, I eventually became pregnant naturally, but the biggest transformation wasn’t becoming a mother. It was realizing how much of my life I’d spent believing I needed to earn the things I wanted.
My approach blends mind-body coaching, spirituality, nervous system wisdom, and a healthy amount of calling bullshit on the rules we’ve inherited.
The women who find their way here are often smart, capable, and trying incredibly hard. What they receive is permission to put down the clipboard, trust themselves a little more, and build lives that feel lighter, richer, and more their own.
Most days you’ll find me coaching, writing, drinking coffee, raising two wild boys, and reminding women that they’re allowed to want more without making themselves wrong in the process.
My Approach
For years, I thought personal growth meant finding the next thing to fix. The next breakthrough. The next mindset shift. The next reason I wasn’t quite where I wanted to be yet. Turns out, that gets fucking exhausting.
Over time, I became more interested in what happens when we stop adding and start letting go. Letting go of the pressure. The timelines. The perfectionism. The belief that we’re somehow behind.
That’s the approach behind everything I do. Less proving. Less performing. Less carrying the weight of who you think you should be. More trust. More joy. More of your actual life.
I’m still human. Still learning. Still figuring things out. But always coming back to the same question:
what if the only thing that’s wrong with you is believing there’s something wrong in the first place?
